Position Overview
Resource Teachers play a key role in supporting classrooms throughout the school. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting lead and assistant teachers with daily routines
- Providing classroom coverage as needed
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, and academic development
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Enthusiastic about working with young children
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

- Positive, patient, and dedicated to supporting children’s development
Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed!
